Custodo

Terms of use

Last updated 4 November 2026. By installing or using Custodo you agree to these terms. Publisher: BufferSol Technologies, buffersoltechnologies@gmail.com.

What Custodo is

A personal, private record-keeping app for parents: a calendar, exchange check-ins, expenses and notes, with a PDF summary you can share. It does not contact, notify or message anyone else.

Not legal advice

Custodo is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Percentages, balances and summaries are calculated from what you enter and your schedule settings. Courts and professionals decide how any record is used. Check what applies where you live with a qualified professional.

Your records

You own what you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and for keeping your phone secure. Exchange timestamps cannot be edited; edits to notes are saved as new versions so the history stays visible.

Acceptable use

Use Custodo lawfully and truthfully. Do not use it to harass or track another person.

Availability and changes

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may update, change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data stored only on your device. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Paid features

This version is free. If paid features are added, prices, trial terms, renewal and how to cancel will be shown clearly before you pay.
