Delete your data

Custodo does not require an account in this version, so there is no server account to delete. Your records exist only on your phone.

Erase everything in the app

  1. Open Custodo.
  2. Tap the settings icon, then Backup & account.
  3. Tap Erase data on this phone and confirm.

Your children, schedule, exchanges, expenses and journal are deleted from the device. This cannot be undone. Share a PDF summary first if you want to keep a copy.

Or uninstall

Uninstalling Custodo from Android settings or Google Play removes all of its data from your phone.

If you opted in to anonymous usage sharing

Usage events contain no names, notes, amounts or dates and are not linked to your identity. To ask us to remove anything we may hold about your install, email buffersoltechnologies@gmail.com.

When optional backup is released

You will be able to delete your account and all backed-up data from inside the app, and this page will describe those steps.
